When you order, we collect what we need to ship and bill: name, address, email, phone, payment method (handled by Shopify), and your dog's size/protocol preferences. When you browse, we collect basic analytics (pages viewed, source of visit) via standard cookies.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone outside the small set of vendors who help us run the business (Shopify for orders, a fulfillment partner for shipping, Klaviyo for email). They're contractually limited to those uses.
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing emails anytime. Email hello@navanpet.com and we'll act within 30 days.
We use first-party cookies for cart state and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features (cart, checkout) won't work fully without them.
