The simple version.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of navanpet.com and any products, subscriptions, or services offered by Navan ("Navan," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.

2. Account responsibilities

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the confidentiality of your password, and accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@navanpet.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Orders, pricing, and product information

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. We strive for accurate product descriptions but do not warrant that all content on the Site is error-free.

4. Subscription terms and billing

Navan offers subscription plans for recurring delivery of our products. By starting a subscription, you authorize Navan (through Shopify and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• 1-month plans renew automatically each month on the same day as your initial order.
• 3-month plans are charged upfront for the full term and renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled.
• You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge for prepaid multi-month plans.
• If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you; if the issue is not resolved, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

5. How to cancel (click-to-cancel)

You can cancel any subscription at any time via your account portal (link from any shipping email) or by emailing hello@navanpet.com — we'll process the cancellation within 1 business day with no questions asked. Cancellation stops future charges; orders that have already shipped are yours to keep. We do not impose any cancellation fee, hidden step, or retention call as a condition of cancelling.

6. Returns and refunds

We offer the 30-Day Fresh-Breath Promise. If you are not happy with your order for any reason within 30 days of delivery, email hello@navanpet.com for a full refund. You do not need to return the product. The Promise is available to first-time customers and is limited to one per household. It applies to orders placed on or after July 17, 2026; orders placed before that date remain covered by our previous policy (30 days, any reason, every order). Separately, and regardless of the Promise, we will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Returns Policy for full details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after we approve your refund.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; (c) use the Site for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful content; or (d) resell our products without our prior written consent.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, the Navan name and logo, product imagery, written content, packaging design, and the "protocol" framework are owned by Navan or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by fair use.

10. User feedback

If you send us product feedback, suggestions, reviews, or ideas, you grant Navan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use that content in connection with our business, including in marketing materials, without compensation to you.

11. Veterinary and product safety disclaimer

Navan chews are food products intended to support dental health and enrichment as part of a balanced routine. They are not veterinary treatments and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Consult your veterinarian about your dog's specific needs. Always supervise your dog while they chew, choose the size recommended for your dog, provide fresh water, and remove and discard any small or worn-down pieces.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navan disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section limits any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navan's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the products will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Navan in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Navan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by a defective product.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Navan and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The federal and state courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim not subject to arbitration under Section 16.

16. Dispute resolution

Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@navanpet.com and work with us in good faith for at least 30 days to resolve the dispute.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Navan agree to resolve it through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, in the English language, with the seat of arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You and Navan waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Small claims and injunctive carve-outs. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Navan regarding the Site and products.
